2. What you get for your contribution

The site has two grids of 1000×1000 pixels, sold in 10×10 blocks. Your money supports the ventures described on the story page. In return:

• The Picture - you choose single pixels or whole blocks. The name you give is listed on the contributors page and shown on the grid. Once every pixel of a block is owned, that block uncovers part of a hidden artwork.
• The Wall - you choose whole blocks. Your poster image is shown across them, with your name.

Neither grid links anywhere. You are not buying ownership of anything, advertising traffic or a share in the ventures. Your contribution stays on the grid for as long as the site runs.

3. Price

€1.40 per pixel and €140 per block, including any VAT. The price does not change; how it was worked out is on the front page.

You can pay in euros, or in US dollars at exactly USD 1.66 per pixel (USD 166.00 per block). Where Stripe offers your local currency, it converts the euro price and adds its own conversion fee, which it shows you before you pay. Choosing euros avoids that fee.

4. Paying, and when your order is complete

Payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see your card details. The space you chose is held for you while you pay. Your order is complete when Stripe confirms the payment to us - usually within a minute, and a few days for some bank transfers. If a payment arrives after the space it was for has been released, it is refunded in full.

5. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU, you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Your contribution is displayed as soon as your payment is confirmed. When you pay, you ask us to do that straight away and confirm that you understand you lose the right to withdraw once it has been displayed. You are asked to agree to this before paying.

6. Posters and names

A poster on The Wall must be yours to use, and must not:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• be sexual, violent, hateful, or harassing;
• impersonate someone, or show another person's private details;
• mislead people, or try to get them to install or pay for anything.

Every poster is checked by a person before it appears. If we refuse one, you get a full refund and your blocks are released. Names are checked automatically and may be refused or removed for the same reasons. If a poster or name that was accepted later turns out to break these rules, we may remove it.

7. Liability

We keep the site running with reasonable care, but cannot promise it will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of the country where you live as a consumer.

8. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Slovak law. If something goes wrong, write to the contact address above and we will answer. Consumers can also turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia).
